Not Taking Care of My Diabetes

My biggest regret ever is playing fast and loose with my blood sugar. Now I have nerve damage in my arm as a result of poor management, and there is not much I can do to reverse it. I just wish I had been more aware of the importance of staying healthy sooner.

There are some times when I really just loathe being around my parents because they stress me out and put so much pressure on me.
